The time finally came for us to get a better vehicle. So we went in to be greeted by Elizabeth who is smart, caring, professional yet personable. We got our eyes on a 2016 Jeep Patriot and it had less miles the body and interior was in great shape. So we got a deal and signed again and signed again. Four or five days later something went terribly wrong and tryin to avoid writing a novel. I'll just sum everything up by saying James and Elizabeth were the same as when we bought the car we were absolutely their priority. They ran around finding the best person to do the work, I believe Steve was the chosen champion, did an amazing job getting the jeep back. As bad as this whole situation was I refused to go in accusing or yelling or anything to that nature. I was given respect cuz I gave respect out so dealing with a negative & frustrating situation we did not make it worse . We are so happy and our relationship is intact. Ty so much!
